Naturopathic nutritional therapy is a whole-person approach to health that recognizes the individuality of each client. It considers physical, psychological, emotional, and spiritual factors when exploring the contributory factors of illness. Central to this practice is the understanding of food as a powerful therapeutic tool, with careful attention given to both food choices and preparation to help restore balance within the body. Through tailored dietary strategies, lifestyle support, and, when necessary, nutritional supplements, naturopathic nutrition works to support and activate the body’s natural ability to heal itself.
Naturopathic practitioners focus on identifying and addressing the underlying causes of health concerns rather than merely alleviating symptoms. This philosophy reflects a broader, preventative model of healthcare—one that prioritizes lasting health and wellbeing over short-term symptom relief—and represents a key distinction between naturopathic care and conventional medical approaches.
Practitioners never recommend nutritional therapy as a replacement for medical advice and always refer any client with ‘red flag’ signs or symptoms to their medical professional.

Initial consultation (90-120 Minutes) £160
Once your appointment is booked, I will send you a link to the comprehensive health and dietary questionnaire. This allows me to gain a thorough understanding of your health history, current concerns, and lifestyle. Please fill in the form 1–2 days before your consultation so I can carefully review your information and prepare for our time together.
We will discuss your main concerns, dietary habits, lifestyle factors, and any patterns that may be contributing to your symptoms. Using a holistic naturopathic approach, I may incorporate assessment tools such as tongue, iris, and nail analysis. Where appropriate, I may also recommend specific functional testing to help identify underlying imbalances and monitor your progress.
If necessary — and always with your consent — I may suggest liaising with your GP for further investigations to ensure you receive fully integrated care.
Following our discussion, I will provide clear, practical, and tailored recommendations designed to support your body’s natural healing processes. Together, we will agree on an achievable action plan that feels realistic and sustainable for you. Your personalized plan will be provided in writing, so you feel confident and supported every step of the way. I strongly believe in working collaboratively. I am very happy to liaise with any healthcare professionals you are currently seeing and encourage you to keep them informed of any nutritional or lifestyle changes you make.
Clients with health insurance via HealthShield may be able to claim back the costs for Nutritional Therapy consultation (please check with insurer).
Follow-Up Appointments (50–60 Minutes) £75
A follow-up consultation is usually recommended after 4–6 weeks (or sooner, if needed). This gives your body time to respond to the changes we’ve introduced and allows us to properly assess how you’re feeling.
During your session, we will explore the progress you’ve made, celebrate what’s working well, and talk through any areas you may have found more challenging. We will also review any new symptoms, evolving health goals, or changes in circumstances. From there, we will thoughtfully refine and “tweak” your programme, taking a supportive step-by-step approach that feels manageable and sustainable. My aim is to help you continue moving steadily towards improved health, greater balance, and renewed vitality.
Between appointments, email and telephone support is available if you need guidance or reassurance — you won’t be left to navigate things on your own. Together, we’ll continue building positive, lasting changes at a pace that feels right.
Digestive health & food allergies and intolerance testing
Many of my clients are surprised when I ask one of the most important questions during their consultation: Is the problem the food itself, or how well your digestive system is processing it? Both play a vital role in overall health. This is why, when working with clients, I always explore diet and digestive function in detail.
Testing can be extremely helpful in refining a nutrition plan that is truly tailored to your individual needs. However, it is important to understand that food allergies and food intolerances are very different, and recognising these distinctions is essential before undertaking any form of testing. Choosing the correct test ensures you receive accurate and meaningful results that can genuinely support your health.
Symptoms of food intolerance include:
Abdominal Pain
Aches and Pains
Acne
Bloating
Constipation
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
Diarrhoea
Dizziness
Eczema
Fatigue
Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)
Itching
Fluid Retention
Headaches
Hyperactivity
Migraine
Nausea
Rashes
Rhinitis
Sinusitis
Stomach Cramps
Tension
Tiredness
Urticaria

Hi, I’m Olha Ahaieva, an accredited Nutrition Advisor and Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist.
My journey into nutrition started when I became a mum. Being a first-time mum, I often found myself going down the rabbit hole of social media advice on what to feed my baby, with countless “experts” all claiming they knew best.
But when my baby began shivering from time to time, I knew I needed real answers. That moment led me to seek support from a nutritional therapist—and it completely changed my perspective.
After a few consultations, I felt inspired to learn more about nutrition myself. I qualified as a Nutrition Advisor in 2022 and as a Nutritional Therapist in 2026.
Now, I’m passionate about helping others understand the powerful connection between food and health in a simple, supportive way—one mindful meal at a time.
